Best Moment in Soccer: As a coaching, it is seeing the small moments of development in players. One moment, winning the Jefferson Cup Championship because the team put in so much work preparing for the challenge.

Coach you look up to: My college coach was a great person, mentor and leader. I also had great mentorship from the men's coach at my university, after my playing career, but when I began my coaching career. I loved his passion for the game and his playing style. I learned a lot from both. Professionally I admire Jurgen Klopp for his energy and enthusiasm. 

Interesting fact about you: I played varsity football in High School
