VDA Policies and Fees
**The Club has established codes of conduct for coaches, players, and parents. A unifying element of the codes is respect for players, coaches, staff, parents, the Club and community. These codes, in conjunction with our core values, form the foundation of the R&D process.

*Players will only be considered for Financial Assistance once they have paid the initial fee of $350 and provided all information on the application.
2023-2024 Fees
Total Fee - $2,900 + $100 Field Improvement Fee - $3,000 total fees
Fees structure: $350 initial fee + $331.25 in 8 payments
What is included in your fees?
- Club Administration & Coaching expenses
- League Registration Fee
- 3 events that will include 1 ECNL National Event
- Carding and player insurance (US Club Soccer)
- Prince William County usage fee
- Training for home games
- Referee and Assignor fees
- Goalkeeper Training
- Veo for League games
What is NOT included in your club fee?
- Uniforms - 2 year uniform cycle - new cycle begins for 2023-2024
- Team fees for events that are not included in the team dues (lists for each team are included in the deck linked above)
- Your own travel costs to events without team travel
